A photo of Motorola "Canary" believed to be the successor to RAZR has surfaced in the BengalBoy forum. From what we can make out of the blurry picture, the phone really looks sexy with a glossier look. Discussions at the forum revealed very vague specs of the "Glass Phone" - 1.3 MegaPixel Camera, Bluetooth, TransFlash External Memory, 262k Tiny LCD Screen. Another source has noted that the phone is more less as thin as the RAZR but not as wide. It will also have a soft-touch finish and aluminum detailing. If the source is to be believed, the phone will be due out in Q4 2006 or Q1 2007 and will serve as Motorola's flagship phone.
