Nokia 770World's leading search company, Google, is teaming up with major handset producer, Nokia, to build an updated version of Nokia's 770 Internet Tablet.

The device is said to enable consumers to conduct voice conversations or send instant messages while browsing the Web.

It also functions as a music and video player, it will come fully loaded with Google's Google talk and will sell for about $390.

It is based on short-range Wi-Fi technology, so it isn't exactly a cellphone. It's a bit larger than your average PDA equipped with a high-resolution screen to make surfing the web a breeze.

The partnership is expected to be formally announced on Tuesday.
